Rottnest Island
A small island near Perth that can be explored in 1 day by bike or local bus, exploring many picturesque bays and admiring the smiling Quokkas.
Quokkas
Quokkas are "smiling animals" that live only in Australia, mainly on Rottnest Island. They are small mammals from the kangaroo family. On the island they can be found in several places marked on the map with bicycle routes.
Picturesque bays
There are 17 charming but diverse coves on the island, along with which you can relax with pleasure.
Pink lakes (Pink Lakes)
In Australia, you can see "pink lakes" in many places. These are salty lakes whose color is due to microscopic algae containing beta-carotene growing on salt crystals. The salinity of the lake, which is in the photos, is 4 times higher than that of sea water.
Camping
We decided to go camping in Perth. Neat and pleasant, but without any particular amenities.
