TRAVEL INSPIRATIONS
"Once a year, go somewhere you've never been before." The Dalai Lama
Lucky Bay
A wonderful place: white beach, turquoise water, kangaroos
Kangaroos
Kangaroos can be found on the beach at any time of the day. They do not run away from people, so you can enjoy the view at will - from far and close.

Beach
The beach is very wide and with white sand. It can be driven in by cars, but there are heavy fines for burying yourself in the sand, so better to have a drive on 4 wheels.

Walks
From Lucky Bay, you can go hiking in the surrounding hills.
The routes are of various lengths and difficulty levels. We went to Thistle Cove - the walk takes about 1 hour, difficulty level 3. It is worth having appropriate footwear, because you walk on unpaved paths, stones, and sometimes on slightly steep surfaces. However, the beautiful views compensate for these minor difficulties.
