Seals

The seal colony impressed us the most in Kaikoura. It is wonderful to see animals enjoying their freedom, and  cheerfully frolicking little seals would make anyone laugh.

Black beaches and rocky shores

The Kaikoura coast is very specific. The beaches are  black and  rocky or rocky. It is wonderful to walk on them, but it rests confidently  poorly. We came across a slightly rainy one  weather, so we focused on walks that  we enjoyed it very much.

Birds and other pets

We had the opportunity during our walks  see also several species of birds  and a very nice piggy.
